Bakalářská práce se věnuje potřebám pečujících o umírající v domácím prostředí. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou potřeby pečujících o umírající a dlouhodobě nemocné v domácím prostředí a zda jsou tyto potřeby naplňovány. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část, v teoretické jsou potřeby definovány a rozděleny dle Maslowovy pyramidy. Dále jsou zmíněny i specifické potřeby pečujících a možnosti jejich saturace, mj. i prostřednictvím sociálních služeb. V empirické části jsou představeny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou rozhovorů s respondenty a jejich následným vyhodnocením.This bachelor thesis is devoted to the people who care for dying persons at home as well as their needs. The aim of the work is to find out what are the needs for people who look after dying persons for a long time and also if the needs are fulfilled. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and explorative part. In the theoretical part there are needs described specifically and also listed according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Further there are mentioned specific needs of the carers and also the possibility of their saturation even within the social work. In empirical part there are results of the qualitative research realized by interviews with the respondents and their consecutive evaluation.
