Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze názoru kurátorů a prostřednictvím jejich vyjádření také názoru dětí k požadavku krajských úřadů na zařazování všech dětí do evidence dětí vhodných pro náhradní rodinnou péči. Požadavek krajských úřadů je nahlížen v kontextu nedostatku pěstounských rodin a zároveň v kontextu přání samotných dětí, které ne vždy chtějí být do evidence náhradní rodinné péče zařazeny. Prostřednictvím vlastního výzkumu práce reflektuje uvedený požadavek a pokouší se a nastínit možné směry vedoucí k jeho naplnění s ohledem na přání a zájem dítěte.The thesis deals with the analysis of the opinion of the curators and through their expression also the opinion of the children on the requirement of the regional authorities to include all children in the register of children suitable for substitute family care. The requirement of regional authorities is viewed in the context of the lack of foster families and, at the same time, in the context of the wishes of the children themselves, who do not always want to be included in the register of substitute family care. Through my own research my work reflects on this requirement and attempts to outline possible directions leading to its fulfillment with regard to the wishes and interests of the child.
