Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat trenérský interakční styl trenérů basketbalu ve sportovních klubech v Olomouci a v Kroměříži. Záměrem bylo zjistit, jaké existují rozdíly v jednotlivých interakčních stylech trenérů a jaký interakční styl daní trenéři uplatňují z pohledu sebereflexe a pohledu svých svěřenců. Nadále se výzkum zabývá "ideálním" interakčním stylem trenéra basketbalu hodnoceného z pohledu trenérů a svěřenců. Pro sběr dat bylo použito dotazníkové šetření formou upravených variant dotazníků interakčního stylu trenéra, které byly rozdány v tréninkové jednotce. Výsledný výzkumný soubor tvořilo 5 trenérů a 57 sportovců rozdělených do pěti týmů. Na základě změřených údajů bylo zjištěno, že 4 z 5 trenérů basketbalu uplatňují obdobný trenérský interakční styl v dimenzích Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající. Výsledky "ideálního" trenéra prezentují shodné hodnocení svěřenců a trenérů v dimenzích Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající, kromě dimenze Přísný, kterou trenéři preferují více než hráči.The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify the interaction coaching style of basketball coaches of the sports club in Olomouc and Kroměříž. The intention of the diploma thesis was to detect the differences of individual interaction coaching styles of coaches and to define what kind of interaction coaching style the individual coaches apply from their own perspective and from the perspective of their players. The research further deals with an "ideal" interaction coaching style of a basketball coach evaluated from the perspective of the coaches and players. A questionnaire survey in the form of modified variants of the coaching interaction style questionnaire was used for the data collection. These questionnaires were distributed in the training unit. The resulting research unit consisted of 5 coaches and 57 athletes divided into five teams. Based on the measured data it was found out that 4 out of 5 basketball coaches use a similar coaching style in the Organizer, Helping, and Understanding dimensions. The results of the "ideal" trainer present the same rating of the players and coaches in the Organizer, Helping and Understanding dimensions, except of the dimension Strict, which coaches prefer more than players.
