Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace rehabilitačního konceptu Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy u pacientů po iktu. První část práce se věnuje CMP, její problematice a rozdělení na jednotlivá stádia. Obsahem další části je již samotná terapie, její historie, správný výběr pacientů a v neposlední řadě její základní principy. Navíc se práce zaobírá základními mechanismy neuroplasticity a jejím vztahem k terapii. Také je zde nastíněna i praktická stránka terapie. Diskuze se poté věnuje srovnání klasické rehabilitace s CI terapií a rovněž aplikaci terapie v různém stádiu po iktu či jejím modifikovaným verzím.This balechor thesis deals with possilibilies of application of the Constraint-Induced Movement therapy rehabilitation concept in patients after stroke. The first part is devoted to stroke, its problems and division into indiviual stages. The other parts are dedicated to the therapy itself, its history, selection of patienst and finally, its basic principles. In addition, the thesis deals with the basic mechanism of neuroplasticity and its relationship to the therapy. There is also mentioned the practical side of the therapy. The discussion then focuses on the comparison of classical rehabilitaiton with CI therapy, as well as the application of therapy at different stages after stroke and also on modified versions of the therapy.
