Berúc do úvahy stav verejného sektora v rozvojových krajinách, predpokladá sa, že sa najviac budú využívať tzv. Clean Development Mechanisms. Práca sa zameriava na Kjótsky protokol, jeho prijatie medzi rozvojovými zemami a dodržiavaním jeho záväzkov. Hlavný cieľ sú krajiny opísané Svetovou Bankou ako "Najmenej rozvinuté krajiny". Takisto sú dané návrhy na riešenia, založené na informáciach v zvyšku práce.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and research the mechanisms used in the developing nations that can lower the greenhouse gas emissions. Taking into consideration the state of public administration in the developing countries, the Clean Development Mechanisms are to be the most probable to be implemented. Focus is being put on the Kyoto Protocol, its acceptance among the developing nations and their following of the commitments. The main targets are the countries described by the World Bank as the "Least Developed Countries". An opinion is also given for examples of policy suggestions based on the information given in the rest of the thesis.
