Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit vliv odlehčující ortézy na velikost zatížení (velikost tlaků a jejich distribuce) nohy při chůzi u pacientů s gonartrózou. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 10 osob, do experimentální skupiny bylo zařazeno 5 pacientů s unilaterální gonartrózu středního stupně a do kontrolní skupiny 5 zdravých jedinců podobného věku a konstituce. Pacientům byla aplikována odlehčující ortéza Unloader One?, kterou nosili při pobytu venku, v práci a v průběhu sportovních aktivit po dobu 4 měsíců. K analýze zatížení jsme zvolili dynamickou analýzu s využitím systému Footscan a zaměřili se na časové a tlakové parametry na zdravé i postižené končetině. Výsledky práce ukazují, že užívání ortézy Unloader One? by mohlo mít vliv na určitou symetrizaci z hlediska zatížení mezi končetinami v průběhu odvalu chodidla. Pozitivně hodnotí vliv ortézy i sami pacienti, kteří mohou vykonávat běžné denní aktivity s menšími obtížemi.The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of an unloader knee brace on plantar pressure distribution during gait of patiens with knee osteoarthritis. The research comprises overall 10 persons, the experimental group includes 5 patients with moderate unilateral knee osteoarthritis and the control group includes 5 healthy subjects of similar age and constitution. Patients have been wearing Unloader One? brace for four months while they stayed outside, at work and during sport activities. Pressure and time parameters have been investigated on both treated and nontreated feet with dynamic analysis of plantar pressure distribution which was accomplished by means of Footscan platform. The results show that use of the Unloader One? brace could have an impact on certain symmetry of load between limbs. The effect is evaluated positively by patients themselves as they can perform ordinary daily activities with less difficulty.
