Environmentální determinanty pohybové aktivity a tělesné zdatnosti u žáků ZŠ Holečkova v Olomouci [rukopis] / Magdalena Kráčmarová. -- 2013. -- 68 s. -- Ved. práce Jana Vašíčková. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce se zabývá pohybovou aktivitou adolescentů Základní školy Holečkova v Olomouci. Cílem diplomové práce bylo objasnění vztahů mezi prostředím a pohybovou aktivitou a objektivně hodnotit velikost jejich pohybové aktivity a výkonnosti pomocí monitorovacích přístrojů a testů tělesné zdatnosti. . Výzkum proběhl na podzim školního roku 2012/2013 za účasti žáků 39 žáků (17 dívek, 12 chlapců). K monitorování denní pohybové aktivity žáků byly použity krokoměry Yamax Digiwalker SW- 700 a akcelerometry Actigraph. Testování tělesné zdatnosti probíhalo dle testového manuálu: Sebehodnocení tělesné zdatnosti, environmentální charakteristika okolí bydliště a školy byla vyhodnocena pomocí dotazníku ANEWS- Youth, fakta o skladbě, intenzitě, čase, frekvenci a typu PA jsme získali pomocí dotazníku IPAQ- long a informace o vztahu žáků k hodině TV jsme získali pomocí dotazníku k diagnostice VJTV. Zjištěné hodnoty ukázaly signifikantní rozdíl v době sezení ve dnech o víkendu a ve školních dnech a také ve vztahu k VJTV mezi chlapci a dívkami naopak signifikantní rozdíl není v počtech kroků ve školních dnech mezi chlapci a dívkami.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with the physical activity of adolescents at Holečkova Elementary School in Olomouc. The aim of this thesis was to clarify the relationship between the environment and physical activity and objectively evaluate the size of their physical activity and performance through monitoring devices and tests of physical fitness. The research was conducted in the fall of the school year 2012/2013 with the participation of 39 students (17 girls, 12 boys). To monitor the daily physical activity of the students were used Digiwalker pedometers Yamax SW-700 and ActiGraph accelerometers. Physical fitness assays were carried out according to the manual: Self-assessment of physical fitness, environmental characteristics of the area of the residence and school were evaluated using a questionnaire ANEWS-Youth, to obtain the facts about the composition, intensity, time, frequency and type of PA we used the questionnaire IPAQ-long relationship and information about the relationship of the students to the lesson of PE we obtained using the questionnaire to diagnose PE. The determined values showed a significant difference in the time between the sedentary behavior during the weekends and school days and also in the relationship to PE between boys and girls, on the other hand there is not a significant difference in the number of steps in the school days between boys and girls.
