Bakalářská práce se zabývá školou jako sociální institucí a jejími hlavními funkcemi. Specifickým příkladem socializace ve školství je integrace či inkluze jedinců s postižením, ale i jedinců sociálně znevýhodněných. Proto ústředním tématem práce a předmětem šetření, které se týká kutnohorského regionu, je plnění funkce školy v oblasti inkluzivního vzdělávání, získání informací, jak jsou o integraci či inkluzi informováni učitelé běžných škol a veřejnost, co si o procesu integrace/inkluze myslí, co považují za důležité, aby integrace či inkluze byla úspěšná a jaké jsou na základních školách podmínky pro integraci či inkluzi.This bachelor work concerned with a school as a social institution and with its main functions. Integration and inclusion of disabled subjects and deprived subjects is the specific exemple of socialization in the education. And so the central theme of this thesis and the subject of disquisition concerning the region of Kutná Hora is: the performed function of the school in the inclusive education, data acquisition, how are teachers and public acquainted with the integration, what do they think about process of integration/inclusion, what do they regard as important for successful integration or inclusion and what are the conditions for integration and inclusion at the basic schools.
