V práci sa zaobírám procesom výberu a orientácie železničních prevádzkových zamestnancov v podmienkach společnosti ZSSK Cargo Slovakia, a.s. Tomu zodpovedá aj struktura bakalárskej práce. Je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V úvode stručne vysvetlujem špecifiká dopravy. V ďalšej časti cez historický pohľad vývoja personálnej problematiky analyzujem postupnost krokov procesu získavania zamestnancov, realizáciu výberu a prijímania zamestnancov. Ťažiskovou časťou tejto bakalárskej práce je kapitola, ktorá sa zaobírá pracovnou a sociálnou orientáciou na pracovisku.In the work I deal with the selection and orientation process of the railway industrial employees in the terms of ZSSK Cargo Slovakia, a.s. copany. The structure of the bachelor work implies to that. It is Dividend in four chapters. In the introduction I briefly explain the transport specification. In the next section I am analyzing, through the historical development of the personal issue, the individua steps in the process of the acquisition of employees, the realization of thein selection, and the admission. The core of the work is a chapter which drala with the work and social orientation at workplaces. Main idea of the work is to introdukce the individuality of the orientation process in the terms of the railway transport, as the development of the personal issue shows us from the very beginning of the railways, in comparison to other branches.
