Hlavním cílem práce je vymezení problematiky morální odpovědnosti učitele. Nejprve jsou definovány pojmy morálka, etika, cíle výchovy, charakter, a jejich vztah k učitelské profesi. Práce se podrobněji zaměřuje na charakterové vlastnosti pedagoga, oblasti, které by práce pedagoga měla pokrývat, požadavky, které jsou na učitele kladeny z hlediska morálky a meze morální odpovědnosti učitele. Empirická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, kdy cílem rozhovoru je zjistit důvody pro volbu povolání učitele, dále popsat konkrétní zkušenosti pedagogů, při jakých situacích se cítili morálně povinni aktivně zasáhnout a jaké bylo jejich konkrétní jednání.The main aim of this work is to specify the issue of moral responsibility of the teacher. First, concepts of morality, ethics, educational goals, character, and their relationship to the teaching profession are defined. The work focuses in more detail on the character traits of the teacher, the areas that the work of the teacher should cover, the demands that are placed on the teacher in terms of morality and the limits of the moral responsibility of the teacher. The empirical part of this work deals with qualitative research via the form of a semi-structured interview. The aim of the interview is to find out the reasons for choosing the profession of teacher, to describe specific experiences of teachers concerning the situations they felt morally obliged to actively intervene and what was their respective actions.
