(58 894 znaků) : il., grafy, tab. -- Oponent Michael Kohajda. -- Ved. práce Taťána Špírková. -- Abstrakt: Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daň z hazardních her, a to především z rozpočtového hlediska. Začátek je věnován základním pojmům. Dále popisuji vznik daně v ČR, její zařazení a popis konstrukčních prvků. Součástí jsou i její funkce. Třetí kapitola je věnována rozpočtovému určení, které také patří ke konstrukčním prvkům daně. Čtvrtá kapitola je pojata z praktického hlediska. Je zde míněno kolik obcí se podílí na dani z hazardních her a kolik problematiku hazardu upravuje na obecní úrovni formou obecně závazné vyhlášky. V další části jsem se zaměřila na to, kolik plyne do územních rozpočtů a státního rozpočtu z oblasti hazardu v porovnání s předešlou právní úpravou. Závěrem jsem znázornila celkové příjmy z oblasti hazardu a zmínila navrhované změny právní úpravy. Součástí práce jsou také grafy a tabulky, které danou problematiku doplňují.. -- Abstrakt: My bachelors thesis is focused on gambling tax, especially from a budgetary point of view. There are the elementary terms given at the beginning of the thesis. Further I introduce the description of the tax formation in the Czech Republic its clasification and the description of structural elements. It also includes the tax functions. The third chapter deals with budgeting, which also belongs to the group of the structural elements. The fourth chapter provides a practical view on the subject matter. Here is stated a number of municipalities which participate in the gambling tax. It also shows a number of municipalities which regulate gambling issues by the form of a generally binding decree at the minicipal level. In the next part I focused on monetary amount that flows into the territorial budgets and the state budget from gambling in comparison to the previous legal regulation. In conclusion, I present the total gambling revenues and I also mention proposed legislation changes. There are also graphs and tables included in the thesis that complement the subject matter.
