Bakalárska práca sumarizuje informácie o liečbe karcinómu rekta. Opisuje samostatnú liečbu rádioterapiou a chemoterapiou ako aj kombináciu týchto dvoch modalít - chemorádioterapia. Taktiež porovnáva účinky a prejavy toxicity u pacientov, ktorí absolvovali neoadjuvantnú a adjuvantnú konkomitantnú chemorádioterapiu.The bachelor thesis summarises information about the therapy of rectal cancer. It describes the independent treatments of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but also the combination of these two modalities - chemoradiotherapy. It also compares the effects and signs of toxicity in patients that underwent neoadjuvant and adjuvant concomitant chemoradiotherapy.
