Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat význam managementu pro klima organizace. V teoretické části jsou řešeny kapitoly zabývající se organizací, managementem, manažerem a klimatem organizace. Ve výzkumné části bylo využito kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, prostřednictvím techniky dotazníku. Výzkumná část je založena na poznatcích z teoretické části. Ve výzkumu byly hodnoceny osobnost manažera, styly vedení, organizace, komunikace v organizaci, přístup manažera k zaměstnancům a spokojenost s klimatem organizace.The aim of work is to describe and analyse the meaning of management for the climate of organization. The theoretical part is dealing with organization, management, manager and climate of organization. For the research was used technique of quantitative research through the way of questionnaire form. The whole research is based on the knowledge from the theoretical part. The research evaluated following information: manager's personality, management style, organisation, communication in organizational, manager approach to the employees, contentment with the climate of organization
