Bakalářská práce má výzkumný charakter a její cíl spočívá v představení nežádoucí motivace dobrovolníků prostřednictvím názorů a zkušeností koordinátorů dobrovolníků. Výzkum nese název Nežádoucí motivace dobrovolníků a další problémy spjaté s jejich výběrem. Jeho smyslem je poskytnout stručný přehled projevů nežádoucí motivace v sociálních službách a také představit význam nežádoucí motivace pro koordinátory dobrovolníků. V teoretické části jsou představeny teoretické koncepty a publikované výzkumy motivace. Ve výzkumné části je představen a kvalitativní výzkum nežádoucí motivace spočívající v analýze a popisu výzkumných rozhovorů.Bachelor thesis has a research character and its goal lie in the presentation of the undesirable motivation of the volunteers due to opinions and experiences of the volunteer's coordinators. The research is called Undesirable motivation of the volunteers and other problems connected with volunteer selection. Purpose of the bachelor thesis is providing concise knowledge of the manifestation of undesirable motivation in social services and presentation of the undesirable motivation for volunteer's coordinators. In the theoretical part are presented theoretical concepts and researches of motivation, which was published. In the researches part is presented qualitative research of the undesirable motivation, which is based on the description and analysis of the researches interviews.
