Cílem diplomové práce byla objektivizace efektu zrcadlové terapie horní končetiny u hemiparetiků po cévní mozkové příhodě pomocí klinického testu Action Research Arm test a dynamometru. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky týkající se jak zrcadlové terapie, tak problematiky narušené funkce ruky z hlediska dosahu, úchopu a síly u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Experimentální část hodnotí vliv zrcadlové terapie na sílu stisku použitím ručního hydraulického dynamometru a funkčnost horní končetiny pomocí klinického testu Action Research Arm test u pacientů po CMP. Pacienti byli rozdělení do dvou skupin, které podstoupily standardní fyzioterapii, experimentální skupina měla do programu navíc zařazenou zrcadlovou terapii.The aim of the thesis was to objectify the mirror therapy effect on upper limb function in stroke patients by using a clinical test Action Research Arm test and dynamometer. The theoretical part summarizes the findings about mirror therapy, so the issue of impaired hand function in terms of reach, grip and strength in patients after stroke. Experimental part focused on the verification of the mirror therapy effect on grip strength using a hydraulic hand dynamometer and functionality of the upper limb using clinical test Action Research Arm test in patients after stroke who were divided into two groups. Both groups underwent standard physiotherapy treatment. In addition, the experimental group received the mirror therapy.
