Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na přehled metod diagnostického zobrazování od objevu rentgenového záření až po vybrané moderní diagnostické modality. Popisuje vznik rentgenového záření, jeho využití v medicíně a nedílnou součást - systém radiační ochrany. Zabývá se také historii a vývojem profese radiologického asistenta.The bachelor thesis is aimed at an overview of the methods of diagnostic imaging since the discovery of X-rays to the selected modern diagnostic modalities. It describes the formation of X-ray radiation. It is use in medicine and it is integral part - the system of radiation protection. It also discusses the history and the development of the profession of the radiological assistant.
