Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky vnitrofiremní komunikace. Jejím cílem je analýza spokojenosti s interní komunikací ve firmě. Teoretická část nastiňuje komunikaci z obecného pohledu, blíže se pak věnuje charakteristice interní komunikace. Zaměřuje se na její cíle, nástroje, ale i problémy. Popsána je tu také zpětná vazba, které je její součástí. Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření. Je zde popsán hlavní cíl spolu s dílčími cíli. Důležitou součástí jsou výzkumné otázky, na které jsem pomocí dotazníkového šetření hledala odpovědi. Na závěr jsou interpretovány výsledky včetně doporučení.This bachelor thesis deals with internal communication specifics. Internal communication satisfaction analysis is the goal of this bachelor thesis. Theoretical section deals with communication in general, focusing on internal communication characteristics which is focused on internal communication goals, tools and issues as well, including internal communication feedback description. Practical section includes a questionnaire survey, describing its main goal along with other partial goals. Research questions are very important part of it, and I was getting answers to them by using the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, the results are interpreted, including recommendations.
