V diplomové práci na téma "Právní aspekty v archeologii" se autorka věnuje především rozboru platných právních předpisů. Hlavní důraz je kladen na třetí část Památkového zákona týkající se archeologických výzkumů a nálezů, a také na problematiku detektoru kovů. Práce je členěna na čtyři hlavní kapitoly a podkapitoly. V úvodní části jsou nastíněny základní archeologické pojmy pro snadnější představu o dané problematice. Nechybí ani začlenění archeologie do systému práva. Další kapitola ve stručnosti přibližuje historii právních úprav. Nosnou částí je kapitola třetí, která rozebírá jednotlivé právní předpisy. Vymezeny jsou základy stanové v Ústavě České republiky a v Listině základních práv a svobod. Následuje podrobný rozbor Památkového zákona, který je vždy nastíněn i s ohledem na chystaný nový zákon. Třetí kapitolu uzavírá krátké definování Úmluvy o archeologickém dědictví Evropy. Diplomovou práci zakončuje kapitola s názvem Detektory kovů. Zde autorka líčí jeden ze základních problémů současné archeologie, tedy nelegální prospekci prováděnou pomocí těchto zařízení. Následně uvádí možná řešení tohoto problému.In this diploma thesis with topic "Legal aspects of archeology", the author focuses primarily on the analysis of existing legislation. The main emphasis is on the third part of the Heritage Act regarding archaeological excavations and findings, and also the issue of the metal detector. The work is divided into four major sections and subsections. In the introductory section outlines the basic archaeological concepts for easier idea about the issue. There is also the inclusion of archeology in the legal system. The next chapter in the brief history of the legislation. The key part of the third chapter, which discusses the individual legislation. Are defined by statute in the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The following is a detailed analysis of the Heritage Act, which is always outlined with regard to the planned new law. The third chapter concludes with a brief definition of the the Convention on the Protection of the Archaeological Heritage of Europe. Finishing a thesis chapter titled Metal Detectors. Here the author recounts one of the basic problems of contemporary archeology, thus illegal prospecting carried out using these devices. Subsequently presents possible solutions to this problem.
