Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úskalí pěstounské péče. Cílem práce bylo popsat aktuální stav pěstounské péče v ČR a zjistit, s jakými těžkostmi se potýkají pěstounské rodiny na Litomyšlsku, zjistit, zda organizace, které jim pomáhají, odpovídají jejich potřebám. Teoretická část charakterizuje pěstounskou péči a její vývoj, seznamuje s pojmy, které se s ní pojí Popisuje podmínky potřebné k vykonávání této náhradní rodinné formy. V poměrně obsáhlé kapitole se věnuje možným těžkostem, které bývají pro pěstouny úskalím. Na závěr teoretické práce popisuje možnosti pomoci pěstounským rodinám ze stran různých organizací. V empirické části byly zaznamenány těžkosti, s nimiž se pěstouni na Litomyšlsku potýkali a potýkají od okamžiku zařazení do evidence žadatelů až po vlastní výkon pěstounské péče a dále bylo zjištěno, jak organizace, které jim pomáhají, přispívají k naplnění jejich potřeb.These final thesis are aimed at the difficulties of foster care. My task was to desribe the situation of foster care in the Czech Republic and find out what difficulties are experienced by foster families in the region of Litomyšl; find out if organizations which are helping foster families are at the same time really responding to their needs. The theoretical part is depicting foster care and its development; making the reader familiar with the terms which are connected with foster care. It is also describing conditions necessary for introduction foster care into the practice. In the detailed chapter it describes eventual problems which can rise in front of a fosterer. The closing part describes options of the help from the side of different organizations. In the empirical part are also remarks upon the struggles which touched foster families in the region of Litomyšl. These problems went along the families since the registration and through the practising of the foster care. And it was also discovered how helping organizations cover specific needs of the foster families.
