Diplomová práce se věnuje využití kontinuální zpětné vazby v pohybové edukaci s pomocí systému Armeo Spring jako jedné ze sofistikovaných technik rehabilitace. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě (CMP), zpětné vazbě, zabývá se neuroplasticitou, rehabilitací po CMP a robotickou terapií. Experimentální část se pokouší vyhodnotit vliv sledovaných parametrů prostřednictvím testů (Action Research Arm Test, Fugl-Meyer assessment - upper extremity), využitím měření síly úchopu dynamometrem a hodnocením spasticity dle Ashworthovy škály. Cílem experimentální části bylo vyhodnotit pomocí použitých testů, dynamometru a posouzení spasticity, zda po terapii zařízením Armeo Spring dojde u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě ke zlepšení paretické horní končetiny. Výsledky práce naznačují, že po této terapii dochází ke zlepšení motorických a senzitivních funkcí, zvýšení síly úchopu a snížení spasticity paretické horní končetiny.The thesis devotes use continual feedback in the movement education with application the system Armeo Spring as one of the sophistication methods in the rehabilitation. The work contains theoretical knowledges about the stroke, feedback, deals with neuroplasticity, stroke rehabilitation and robotic therapy. Experimental part is trying to quantify the influence of definitely parameters through tests (Action Research Arm Test, Fugl-Meyer assessment - upper extremity), with application of the dynamometer to measure the force of grip and assessment spasticity according Ashworth scale. The aim of experimental part was evaluation using of the dynanometer, the tests and assesment of spasticity, if there is the paretic upper limb improvement at stroke patients after the Armeo Spring therapy. Results of this work suggest that after this therapy comes to improvement of motor and sensitive functions, increases of hand grip and reduction of paretic upper limb spasticity.
