Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku šikanování v dětských domovech. Teoretická část popisuje příčiny vzniku šikany, chování agresorů a obětí šikanování, také se zabývá prevencí a řešením tohoto patologického jevu a v neposlední řadě spojitostí tohoto problému s trestním právem. Dále se teoretická část věnuje problematice dětských domovů - což je také hlavním zaměřením této práce. Empirická část analyzuje výskyt šikanování ve zkoumaných dětských domovech. Podle zjištěných výsledků z dotazníkového šetření docházíme k názoru, že šikana v dětských domovech je velkým problémem, který se musí začít neodkladně řešit.This diploma thesis is focused on bullying problems among children in children´s homes. The theoretical part describes the reasons for the grow of the bullying, behaviour both of the aggressors and the victims. It also follows the prevention and solving this pathological feature and it also deals with the connection of this problem with criminal law. The main theoretical aim of this work includes problems in children´s homes. The empirical part analyses the bullying occurence in examined children´s homes. According to the established results from the questionnaire investigation the bullying in children´s homes is now a very serious problem, which must be solved urgently.
