Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přiblížení řízení o mezinárodní ochraně České republice. Je zde vysvětlena právní úprava při udělování mezinárodní ochrany v České republice, základní terminologie související s problematikou mezinárodní ochrany a postup od prohlášení o mezinárodní ochraně cizincem, přes podání žádosti o udělení mezinárodní ochrany, až po rozhodnutí ve věci mezinárodní ochrany. Součástí diplomové práce jsou statistiky mezinárodní ochrany od roku 1990 až do roku 2007.The thesis is focused on approximation of the management about the international protection in the Czech Republic. It explains a juridical regulation concerning of administration of the international prevention in the Czech Republic, the basic terminology associated with questions about the intermational prevention and a procedure beginning at the declaration of the international prevention of a foreigner, continuing with putting up an application to administration of the international prevention and ending with the resolution relevant to the international prevention. One of the parts of the thesis is focused on statistics of the international prevention since 1990 till 2007.
