Transformační systemická terapie jako metoda sociální práce s rodinou [rukopis] / Martina Jínková. -- 2022. -- 71. -- Oponent Jakub Doležel. -- Ved. práce Leoš Zatloukal. -- Abstrakt: Autorka se zabývá problematikou využití metod a technik Transformační systemické terapie Virginie Satirové (TSTS) v sociální práci s rodinou. Práce obsahuje popis TSTS, objasňuje teorii, metody a techniky a představuje vhodnost jejich využití pro sociální práci s rodinou, motivaci klientů a budování vztahu mezi klientem a pracovníkem. Zabývá se pojmem rodina, rodinným systémem a podporou rodiny. Empirická část obsahuje 4 případové studie klientů sociálních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi a rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky těchto služeb. Následuje zhodnocení rozhovorů a následná interpretace s cílem popsat a představit, v čem je využití konkrétních metod a technik TSTS přínosem a jak mohou pomoci v motivaci klientů řešit svoji nepříznivou životní situaci.. -- Abstrakt: The author deals with the use of methods and tools of the Virginia Satir's Transformational Systemic Therapy (further in the text as TSTS) in social work with families. The thesis contains a description of TSTS, it explains the theory, the methods and the tools, and it represents the suitability of its use for social workers working with families, for motivating clients and for constructing a relationship between a social worker and a client. The thesis focuses on the concept of family, a family system, and the family support. The empirical part presents a qualitative investigation, it contains 4 case studies of clients of social services for families with children, and interviews with social workers in these social services. The aim of the following evaluation of the interviews and the case studies and their subsequent interpretation is to describe and introduce the used methods and the tools of TSTS for social workers as well as for motivating clients to solve their bad living situation.
