(100 285 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Oponent Martin Procházka. -- Ved. práce Yvetta Vrublová. -- Abstrakt: Cíl: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje diagnóza gestační diabetes mellitus kvalitu života žen během těhotenství. Metodika: Výzkumná metoda je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jedná se tedy o kvantitativní výzkum. Výzkum probíhal v diabetologické ambulanci pro těhotné ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava a v soukromé diabetologické ambulanci (Ambulance Dia-Interna s.r.o.) v Ostravě. K výzkumu byl použit standardizovaný dotazník kvality života Quality of life questionnaire for women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDMQ-36) doplněný o sociodemografické údaje s celkovým počtem 44 otázek. Na otázky související s kvalitou života respondentky odpovídaly pomocí pěti stupňové Likertovy škály. Dotazníkového šetření se celkem zúčastnilo 112 respondentek (56 %). Závěr: Lze říci, že celkově převládalo pozitivní hodnocení kvality života. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi ženami ve věkové skupině 21-30 let a 31-40 let není signifikantní rozdíl v kvalitě života, z čehož vyplývá, že věk ve zkoumané skupině respondentek s GDM nemá vliv na kvalitu života. Dále bylo zjištěno, že existuje souvislost mezi mírou kvality života s GDM a vzděláním. Obavy o zdravý vývoj plodu a léčba GDM negativně ovlivňují kvalitu života bez ohledu na věk respondentek.. -- Abstrakt: Aim: The aim of the master thesis was to find out how to determine gestational diabetes mellitus the quality of life of women during pregnancy. Methodology: The research method is based on a questionnaire survey, it is a quantitative research. The research took place in the diabetological outpatient clinic for pregnant women at the University Hospital Ostrava and in the private diabetological outpatient clinic (Ambulance Dia-Interna s.r.o.) in Ostrava. A standardized quality of life questionnaire was used for the research. The quality of life questionnaire for women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDMQ-36) supplemented with sociodemographic data with a total of 44 questions. The respondents answered questions related to the quality of life using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 112 respondents (56%) of the questionnaire survey. Conclusion: It can be said that overall, a positive assessment of quality of life prevailed. It was found that there is no significant difference in the quality of life between women in the group age 21-30 years and 31-40 years, which means that age in the examined group of respondents with GDM does not affect the quality of life. It was also found that there is a link between quality of life with GDM and education. Concerns about healthy fetal development and GDM treatment negatively affect quality of life, regardless of the age of the respondents.
