Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním radioterapie v léčbě karcinomu prsu, jejími formami, jednotlivými ozařovacími technikami a indikacemi k léčbě zářením. Z dohledaných informací vyplývá, že je radioterapie pacientkami dobře snášena, je uplatňována především ve formě adjuvantní a využívá se technik 3D-CRT, IMRT, techniky řízeného dýchání, brachyterapie a dalších. Poznatky byly čerpány z odborných českých a zahraničních periodik a databází Scopus, EBSCO, Medvik, MEDLINE a Anopress.The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of radiation therapy in the treatment of breast cancer, with its forms, individual radiotherapy techniques and indications. The information found shows that radiation therapy is well tolerated by patients, that it's mainly used as an adjuvant treatment and it uses techniques such as 3D-CRT, IMRT, deep-inspiration breath hold, brachytherapy and more. Findings were obtained from Czech and foreign periodicals and EBSCO, Medvik, MEDLINE and Anopress databases.
