Diplomová práce se zabývá strategiemi zvládání stresu u členů speciální a zásahové jednotky. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje speciální a zásahové jednotky, shrnuje poznatky o stresu a možnostech jeho zvládání. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 100% členů Skupiny operativního nasazení Generálního ředitelství cel a 45% členů Zásahové jednotky Krajského ředitelství Jihomoravského kraje. Pro získání dat byl využit dotazník SVF 78 - Strategie zvládání stresu. Cílem práce je diagnostikovat a porovnat strategie zvládání stresu u členů Skupiny operativního nasazení a u členů Zásahové jednotky Krajského ředitelství Jihomoravského kraje, rovněž s ohledem na délku praxe a srovnat je také s normou populace. Bylo zjištěno, že členové speciálních a zásahových jednotek využívají jak pozitivní, tak negativní strategie méně často než je běžné u normy populace, vyjma pozitivní strategie Podhodnocení. Členové Skupiny operativního nasazení využívají nepatrně častěji také pozitivní strategii Kontrola situace a negativní strategii Sebeobviňování. Při statistickém vyhodnocení dat nebyl zjištěn žádný významný rozdíl ve strategiích zvládání stresu mezi členy speciální a zásahové jednotky, ani s ohledem na délku praxe. Výsledky budou prakticky využity pro potřeby úprav výcvikových postupů speciální a zásahové jednotky a dále mohou být využity jinými ozbrojenými složkami.The diploma thesis analyses the stress management strategy of a special and intervention unit. The theoretical part of the work characterizes special and intervention units, summarizes knowledge about stress and the possibilities of managing the stress. The research group consists of 100% of the members of the Operational Deployment Group of the General Directorate of Customs and also 45% of the members of the Intervention Unit of the Regional Directorate of the South Moravian Region. The SVF 78 - Stress Management Strategy questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The aim of the work is to diagnose and compare stress management strategies for members of the Operational Deployment Group and for members of the Intervention Unit of the Regional Directorate of the South Moravian Region, also regarding the length of practice and comparison with the population standard. It was found that members of special and intervention units use both positive and negative strategies less often than is common in the population standard, except for the positive strategy of Underestimation. Members of the Operational Deployment Group also use the positive strategy of Situation control and the negative strategy of Underestimation more often. During the statistical evaluation of the data, no significant difference in stress management strategies was found between the members of the special and intervention unit, not even regarding the length of practice. The results will be practically used for the requirements of modifications to the training procedures of the special and intervention unit and can also be used by other armed forces.
