Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat informovanost asistentů o zdrojích pro svou práci s uživateli sociálních služeb ve SPOLU Olomouc a zjistit, zda se cítí být součástí individuálního plánování tamtéž. Práce nejprve popisuje teoretická východiska, tedy cílovou skupinu lidí s mentálním postižením, sociální služby, individuální plánování a organizaci SPOLU Olomouc. Následně se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu metodou ohniskových skupin s asistenty, kteří pracují v organizaci SPOLU Olomouc.The aim of this master thesis is to map the knowledge of assistants in SPOLU Olomouc about the resources available to them while working with clients there, as well as to find out if the assistants feel as a part of the process of individual planning in the organization. Firstly, the thesis describes the theoretical background, namely the target group of people with learning disabilities, social services, individual planning and the organization SPOLU Olomouc. Then the thesis focuses on qualitative research using the focus group method with the assistants working in organization SPOLU Olomouc.
