Poruchy expektorace doprovázejí neuromuskulární onemocnění, transverzální léze míšní a některá plicní onemocnění. Mnohdy jsou závažným problémem u pacientů na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poruchami expektorace, jejich příčinami a možností jejich léčby v rámci respirační fyzioterapie, a to především pomocí mechanického insuflátoru-exsuflátoru CoughAssist. Cílem této práce je představit možnosti využití a postavení přístroje CoughAssist v rámci respirační fyzioterapie.Ineffective expectoration comes with neuromuscular diseases, transverse spinal cord lesions and some lung diseases. It represents serious problems for the patients at intensive care units. This bachelor thesis describes ineffective cough, its causes and possibilities of the treatment options within respiratory physiotherapy, mainly by means of mechanical isufflation-exsufflation CoughAssist. The aim of this thesis is to explore the potentials of using CoughAssist in respiratory physiotherapy.
