Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na pojem organizační klima, charakterizuje ho a vymezuje činitele, kteří jej utváří. Více jsou rozpracováni činitelé organizační struktura, management, s ním související styly vedení a mezilidské vztahy. Empirická část práce je tvořena výzkumným šetřením v konkrétní organizaci, které je provedeno pomocí kvantitativní metody dotazování. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynulo, že se v největší míře na klimatu organizace podílí mezilidské vztahy. Klima zkoumané organizace může být na základě výsledků výzkumu označeno za příznivé.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this thesis is to chracterize the climate of an organization and to identify the factors that are involved in it. The diploma thesis focuses on the concept of the organizational climate; it characterizes the organizational climate and defines the factors that form it. Factors such as the organizational structure, management and realated management styles and interpersonal relationships are more elaborated. The empirical part of thesis consists of a research survey in a particular organization, which is carried out using quantitative queries. The results of research have shown that interpersonal relationships are the most importatnt part of oganization´s climate. The climate of the surveyed organization may bay considered positive on the basis of the research results.
