Bakalářská práce se zabývá územní samosprávou, jejím financováním a hospodařením, a to konkrétně financováním a hospodařením obce Partutovice. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodaření obce Partutovice v průběhu sledovaného období 2007-2016. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení územní samosprávy a její začlenění do struktury veřejné správy v České republice. Dále definuje postavení a orgány obce jako základního územního samosprávného celku a rozpočet jako základní nástroj hospodaření obce. V praktické části je nejdříve představena obec Partutovice a následně provedena analýza příjmů a výdajů obce Partutovice za období 2007-2016. V závěru jsou popsané vysledované faktory, které ovlivnily strukturu příjmů a výdajů obce Partutovice.This bachelor thesis deals with the local authority and its financing, specifically with financing of municipality Partutovice. The main aim of this thesis is economic analysis of municipality Partutovice from 2007 to 2016. The theoretical part describes local authority and its position in a public administration in the Czech Republic. Then it defines municipality as the local government unit and its budget. In the practical part the municipality Partutovice is introduced and then the analysis of revenues and expenditures is made. At the end factors which were found out are described. These factors influenced the structure of the revenues and expenditures of municipality Partutovice.
