Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Postoj české populace k udržitelnosti. V první části je stanoven teoretický základ pro celou práci, od definicí udržitelnosti jako takové, přes její psychologické aspekty, až po metodologii tvorby a distribuce dotazníku, který je hlavním nástrojem výzkumu uvedeného v kapitole druhé. Výzkum odkrývá to, jaký je postoj Čechů k udržitelnosti, co o ní ví, jak získávají informace o ní a jaké jsou jejich hlavní (de)motivátory udržitelného chování a myšlení. Na základě analýzy odpovědí na tyto otázky jsou v závěrečné fázi práce navrženy dvě koncepce, jejichž cílem je zlepšení stávající situace.This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of Czech population's attitude towards sustainability. In the first part, the theoretical background for the whole thesis is set, from the definitions of sustainability itself, through its psychological aspects to the methodology of creating and distributing a questionnaire, which is the main tool used for the survey introduced in the second part of this thesis. The survey reveals what the attitude of Czechs toward sustainability is, what they know about it, how do they get the information about it and what are their main (de)motivators for sustainable behaviour and thinking. Based on the analysis of the answers for these questions, two improvement conceptions are introduced in the final part of the thesis.
