Bakalářská práce se zabývá binokulárními refrakčními anomáliemi, mezi které patří anizometropie a anizeikonie. Cílem této práce je teoreticky se seznámit s problematikou anizometropie a anizeikonie. Nejdříve je obecně popsána anizometropie její definice, prevalence, příznaky a možná klasifikace. Následně je popsána anizeikonie. Dále se práce zabývá vyšetřením anizeikonie, kdy jsou popsány přístroje a testy, kterými lze anizeikonii vyšetřovat. Na závěr jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení anizometropie i anizeikonie.The thesis deals with binocular refractive anomalies as anisometropia and aniseikonia. The aim of this thesis is theoretically acquainted with the problems of anisometropia and aniseikonia. The first is described anisometropia, its definition, prevalence, causes and possible classification. Subsequently is described aniseikonia. The next part of thesis is dedicated to the examination aniseikonia, which are described a method and apparatus that can investigate anizeikonie. In the end of the thesis are given the options solution anisometropia and aniseikonia.
