Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku péče o pacienty po transplantací srdce. Formou přehledové studie nabízí publikované poznatky z odborných dohledaných plnotextu v oblasti transplantace srdce. Práce je věnovaná potransplantační péči spojenou s imunosupresivní léčbou a jejich vybraným specifickým komplikacím. Dále se formou doporučení snaží předložit poznatky o pooperační rehabilitaci a životním režimu po transplantaci srdce.The thesis is focused on the care of patients after heart transplantation. Form of scoping study has published findings from the expert of identified fulltext in heart transplantation. The work is devoted to post-transplant care associated with immunosuppressive therapy and selected specific complications. Furthermore, by recommendation seeks to make findings on postoperative rehabilitation and environmental regime after heart transplantation.
