V bakalářské práci je řešena problematika procesu transformace pobytových sociálních služeb v České republice se zaměřením na osoby s mentální retardací případně s dalším přidruženým postižením. Pojednává zejména o hlavních principech a zásadách procesu. Objasňuje problematiku ústavů sociální péče a cílové skupiny osob s mentální retardací, které jsou jedním ze stěžejních pojmů procesu transformace. Cílem práce je zmapování probíhajícího procesu transformace pobytových sociálních služeb osob s mentální retardací případně s dalším přidruženým postižením v jednotlivých krajích ČR a ověření zda základní principy procesu jsou v jeho počátečních fázích respektovány.The issues of the transformation process of stay social services in the Czech Republic with orientation to mentally disabled people or to people with other associated disabilities are discussed in the bachelor´s dissertation. The dissertation treats mainly the main rules and principles of the process. It clarifies the problems of institutes of social care and the target group of people with mental retardation which is the crucial term of the transformation process. The dissertation target is to create an overview map of the ongoing transformation process of stay social services for people with mental retardation or to people with other associated disability in every region of the CZ and to verify the compliance of the main process principles in initial phases of the process.
