Moravie, L´association des fondations territoriales en République tcheque, la motivation Annotation : Le mémoire "Les ressources humaines dans la Fondation territoriale de Sud de la Moravie" parle de la gestion des bénévoles et de leurs cycle de vie dans le cadre de la Fondation territoriale de Sud de la Moravie. La partie théorique présente la Fondation territoriale de Sud de la Moravie et la notion des ressources humaines. La partie analytique montre comment les bénévoles sont gérés dans la Fondation. Cette partie est achevée par l´élaboration du plan pour l´amélioration. Le but du travail est l´analyse de la gestion des bénévoles.The bachelor paper "Human resources in the Community foundation of Southern Moravia" shows management of volunteers and their life cycle in this foundation. The first part of the paper is theoretical and presents the Community foundation of Southern Moravia and approaches of human resources management. The analytical part concerns the current state of management of volunteers. This part of the paper ends with a plan of recommended changes for the future volunteer management in the Foundation. The goal of the bachelor paper is the analysis of the volunteer management.
