Bakalářská práce se zabývá poskytovanou péčí pozůstalým po úmrtí blízké osoby. Pojednává o pohřebních rituálech, jejich významu a transformaci do současné podoby. Vychází z teoretických i praktických poznatků v oblasti pohřebnictví a reflektuje přístup sjednavatelů pohřbení a pracovníků v pohřebnictví k pozůstalým a k obřadu rozloučení. Vyústěním bakalářské práce je předložení současného stavu péče o pozůstalé při zajišťování pohřebních služeb.This thesis summarises the ways of taking care of individuals who have survived the death of a person close to them. The main topics of the thesis are norms of funerary behaviour, funeral ceremonies, their importance and modern changes in funerary practice which are particularly noticeable in key areas. Not only the theoretical and practical knowledge of funeral practices, but also the specific approach of people organizing the funeral service to the bereaved and to the ceremony are applied in the thesis. The final part of the thesis shows the contemporary situation in funerary practice and focuses on taking care of the bereaved.
