Práce je věnována možnostem pracovního uplatnění u osob se sluchovým postižením. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na terminologii sluchového postižení, komunikaci osob se sluchovým postižením, historii péče o osoby se sluchovým postižením, systému vzdělávání osoby se sluchovým postižením a problematice zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Praktická vychází z témat uvedených v teoretické části a nabízí výsledky výzkumného šetření.The work is devoted to employment opportunities for persons with hearing disabilities. The theoretical part focuses on the terminology of hearing impairment, communication of people with hearing impairment, history of care for persons with hearing disabilities, the education system, people with hearing disabilities and the issue of employment of people with hearing disabilities. Practical based on the topics mentioned in the theoretical part and offers results of an investigation.
