Diplomová práce ?Ekonomický dopad gamblerství na společnost? pojednává o problematice hazardních her v České republice, především o výherních hracích automatech, závislosti na nich a následných negativních dopadech této závislosti. V teoretické části se zabývám obecně problematikou gamblerství jako závislosti a s tím spojenými tématy. Ve výzkumné části je zpracován dotazník, na který odpovídalo 73 respondentů a dále rozhovor s léčeným, v současné době abstinujícím, hráčem.The diploma thesis titled ?Economical impact of gambling upon the society? deals with problems about gambling games in the Czech Republic, especially about slot machines, addiction on these machines and resulting negative impacts of this addiction. In theoretical part, I am dealing with problems of gambling as an addiction and some topics related with this addiction. The research part contains processed questionnaire that answered 73 respondents and also an interview with currently abstaining gambler who was under the treatment.
