Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku prekoncepční péče a reprodukčního zdraví. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost žen a mužů o reprodukčním zdraví, plánovaném rodičovství, prekoncepci a životním stylu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace týkající se reprodukčního zdraví, antikoncepce, prekoncepce zahrnující výživu a odstranění nezdravých návyků. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje analýzu získaných dat výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí anonymních dotazníků. Byly určeny pro ženy a muže od 20 do 33 let. Výsledky jsou interpretovány formou tabulek a grafů a dále jsou rozvedeny v diskuzi.My thesis focuses on the problem of pre-conception care and reproduction health. The aim of this work is to find out how well women and men are informed as concerning reproductive health, planned parenthood, pre-conception care and lifestyle. The thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical.The theoretical part includes information about reproduction health, contraception, pre-conception ? including nutrition and getting rid of bad habits. The practical part contains the analysis of the data obtained during my research, which was carried out through anonnymous questionnaires. These questionnaires were focused on women and men between 20 and 33 years of age. The results are interpreted by means of charts and graphs and then worked out in the discussion.
