Hraniční porucha osobnosti je synonymem diagnostického a zejména psychoterapeutického problému. Je samostatnou nosologickou jednotkou vystihující patologii osobnostního vývoje. Lidé s hraniční poruchou osobnosti prožívají masivní emocionální fáze střídající chronické pocity prázdnoty, jež přicházejí s vnitřními konflikty ve vztahu k identitě. Hraniční pacienti mají velmi intenzivní, závislé, avšak nestálé interpersonální vztahy. V těchto vztazích se projevují typické primitivní obranné mechanismy, zejména štěpení. Psychoterapeutická práce s těmito pacienty je náročná a zatížená agováním. Terapeut může prožívat silné emoce, které způsobují konflikt a zasahují do jeho neutrality. Intenzivní protipřenosové reakce během terapie nejsou výjimečné. Předmětem výzkumné části této kvalitativní studie je identifikace protipřenosových jevů a popis specifičnosti těchto projevů, stejně tak jako jeho zvládání u českých terapeutů, kteří pracují s pacienty s hraniční poruchou osobnosti. Zvolenou metodou pro studii byl strukturovaný rozhovor s šesti terapeuty. Výsledky protipřenosových projevů byly rozděleny do kategorií: původ protipřenosu, jeho spouštěče, projevy a zvládání. Poslední kategorie se zabývá výsledky terapie hraničních pacientů a nemá vztah k protipřenosu.Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a synonym of diagnostic and therapeutic problems. This disorder presents a nosological independent category apposite specific structural disorders of the ego. People with the borderline personality disorder go through strong emotional phases, which variegate feelings of emptiness. The feelings come with an internal conflicts relevant to personal identity. Patients with BPD have an intensive addicted but unsteady relations, where we can see some characteristic, primitive and defensive mechanisms (splitting). Psychotherapy with these patients is very difficult and acting out makes it harder. The therapist can go through strong emotions, which evoke a conflict and intervene into his neutrality. Intensive countertransferable reactions during the therapy are not exceptional. The main subject of this qualitative study is an identification of countertransferable phenomenon, specification of countertransferable manifestation and mastery of countertransference by Czech therapists working with BPD s´ patients. The method for this study was a structured interview with six therapists. The results of countertransferable phenomenon were differenced to the categories: the origin, the starter and the manifestation of the countertransference and also mastery of it. Last category deals with the results of therapy BPD and is not relevant to the countertransference.
