Práce se zabývá pojetím autority v dětské výchovné organizaci Junák - český skaut, z. s. Hlavním cílem je popsat rozdíly ve vnímání autority mezi vedoucími v organizaci a jim svěřenými skauty a skautkami (11-15 let). Teoretická část přibližuje témata autority, skautingu a také jejich společný průnik. Výzkum je kvalitativního typu. Data jsou získána skrze polostrukturovaná interview s osmi vedoucími, polostrukturované ohniskové skupiny s pěti dětskými družinami a pozorování. K analýze a zpracování dat je využita metoda zakotvené teorie. Hlavními stanovenými koncepty jsou v rámci teorie autorita, družina, vedoucí a chování. Výsledky říkají, že rozdíly ve vnímání autority mezi dětmi a vedoucími nejsou na první pohled zřejmé, spočívají spíše v detailech (např. konkrétních vlastnostech, kterými by měla autorita oplývat, nebo věku autorit). Zároveň také stanovují ideálního vedoucího jako nedirektivního, přátelského a ochotného naslouchat své družině.This thesis deals with the concept of authority in the children's educational organisation Junák - Czech Scouting, z. s. The main purpose is to describe the differences in the perception of authority between the leaders of the organisation and the Scouts and Guides entrusted to them (11-15 years). The theoretical part introduces the following topics: Authority, Scouting and their common intersection. The research is qualitative. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with eight leaders, semi-structured focus groups with five groups of children and observations. The grounded theory method is used for data analysis and processing. The main concepts established within the theory are authority, the Scout group, the Scout leader and behaviour. The results show that the differences in the perceptions of authority between children and leaders are not obvious at first sight, but rather lie in the details (e. g. the specific qualities that authority should have or the age of authority). At the same time, they also describe the ideal leader as non-directive, friendly and willing to listen to his or her troop.
