(142 561). -- Ved. práce Ester Danihelková. -- Oponent Pavlína Jurníčková. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním konkrétní neziskové organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit pozici fundraisera v organizaci ISIS - občanské sdružení pro pomoc náhradním rodinám, z. s. Práce je složena z literární rešerše a praktické části. Literární rešerše se věnuje tématu financování nevládních neziskových organizací, významu fundraisingu pro nevládní neziskové organizace, zdrojům a metodám fundraisingu a popisu role fundraisera. V teoretické části je představena organizace ISIS, z. s., na kterou je zaměřena výzkumná část práce. Výzkumná část se skládá z obsahové analýzy hospodaření organizace ISIS, z. s. a dvou rozhovorů s ředitelem organizace. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je popis pozice fundraisera a konkrétních činností, které povedou k finanční udržitelnosti organizace ISIS, z. s. Diplomová práce může být užitečná jak konkrétní organizaci, na kterou byl výzkum zaměřen, tak také dalším nevládním neziskovým organizacím, které doprovázejí náhradní rodiny a zabývají se otázkami financování organizace.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis deals with the financing of a specific non-profit organization. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create the position of a fundraiser in the organization ISIS - občanské sdružení pro pomoc náhradním rodinám, z. s. The thesis consists of a literary research and a practical part. The literature search deals with the topic of financing non-governmental non-profit organizations, the importance of fundraising for non-governmental non-profit organizations, sources and methods of fundraising and a description of the fundraiser position. The theoretical part presents the organization ISIS, z. s., On which the research part of the diploma thesis is focused. The research part consists of a content analysis of the financing of the organization ISIS, z. s. and two interviews with the director of the organization. The main output of the diploma thesis is a description of the fundraiser position and specific activities that will lead to the financial sustainability of ISIS, z. s. The diploma thesis can be useful both for the specific organization on which the research was focused, as well as for other non-governmental non-profit organizations for foster families, which deal with issues of financing the organization.
