Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem v organizaci. Cílem této práce je analýza současného adaptačního procesu technickohospodářských pracovníků v organizaci XY. První kapitola je zaměřena na vysvětlení teoretických konceptů, vztahujících se k adaptaci a adaptačnímu procesu. Stěžejní částí této teoretické kapitoly je odborné ukotvení jednotlivých fází adaptačního procesu, které povede k pochopení průběhu adaptačního procesu a bude sloužit jako východisko pro empirickou část této práce. Druhá kapitola této práce se věnuje metodologii výzkumu. Pro naplnění cíle je využita metoda výzkumu případová studie explanatorní a metodami sběru dat jsou polostrukturované rozhovory a analýza dokumentů. Třetí kapitola se věnuje samotnému výzkumu a interpretaci dat, které vedou k analýze současného adaptačního procesu technickohospodářských pracovníků v organizaci XY a tím k naplnění cíle práce. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že adaptace technickohospodářských pracovníků v organizaci XY probíhá obdobně, jak je uvedeno v odborné literatuře.This bachelor's thesis deals with the adaptation process within an organization. Aim of the thesis it to analyze the adaptation process of technical-economic workers in organization XY. The first chapter focuses on explanation of theoretical concepts related to adaptation and adaptation process. The fundamental part of this theoretical chapter is the professional anchoring of the individual stages of the adaptation process, which will lead to an understanding of the course of the adaptation process and will serve as a basis for the empirical part of this work. The second chapter of this thesis deals with the methodology of research. The research method of the case study is explanatory and the methods of data collection are semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The third chapter is devoted to the research and interpretation of data, which lead to the analysis of the current adaptation process of technical workers in the organization XY and thus to fulfill the objective of the work. The research showed that the adaptation of technical-economic workers in the organization XY proceeds similarly as stated in the literature.
