Cílem této práce je objasnit a zhodnotit význam supervize dobrovolníků v sociálních službách pro seniory. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do tří hlavních částí, přičemž první z nich teoreticky uvozuje metodologickou a empirickou část. V rámci teoretické části je věnován prostor tématu dobrovolnictví včetně definování pojmu, rozčlenění druhů a oblastí dobrovolnictví, české legislativy týkající se dobrovolnictví a motivace dobrovolníků. Druhá podkapitola teoretické části se věnuje nejen definování pojmu supervize, její typologii a roli supervizora, ale i etickým aspektům supervize. Následuje metodologická kapitola, která definuje cíle práce a charakterizuje využitou metodu expertních rozhovorů a zdůvodňuje její užití. Součástí kapitoly je i teorie analýzy dat, chybovost výzkumu i vybrané etické problémy. Empirická část obsahuje čtyři podkapitoly nazvané podle dílčích cílů práce, kterými jsou normativní rámec supervize dobrovolníků, vztah supervize dobrovolníků a kvality, obsah supervize a role supervizora. Práce je zakončena návrhem, jak oblast supervize dobrovolníků dále rozvíjet.The aim of this work is to clarify and evaluate the importance of volunteer supervision in social services for elderly people. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first, divided into two subchapters, is theoretical. Its first subchapter focuses on the theory of volunteering. It includes the definition of the concept, the various types and areas of volunteering, relevant Czech legislation, and motivation of volunteers. The second subchapter deals with supervision. It is concerned not only with its typology and the role of the supervisor, but also with some ethical aspects of supervision. The second main part focuses on methodology. It defines the objectives of the thesis and characterizes and justifies the usage of the method of "expert interviews". It also includes data analysis theory, research error rate, and selected ethical issues. The empirical part contains four subchapters, named according to the partial goals of the thesis: the normative framework of volunteer supervision, the relationship of volunteer supervision and quality, the content of supervision and the role of the supervisor.
