Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl shrnout nejnovější poznatky o radikální radioterapii využívající metod modulované intenzity a obrazové verifikace. Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem cílových objemů a možnostmi hodnocení kvality jejich ozáření z hlediska eskalace dávky v cílovém objemu a šetření zdravých tkání. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny principy metod konformní radioterapie, IMRT, IGRT a řízeného dýchání.This bachelor thesis has set an objective to sum up the newest findings about the radical radiotherapy using methods of modulated intensity and image guided verification. The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the target volumes and the options of the quality evaluation of irradiation of these volumes from the viewpoint of dose escalation and healthy tissue sparing. Further there are presented the principles of the conformal radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT and gated breathing.
