Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem pisatelek a čtenářek fanfiction na motivy mediálního díla Game of Thrones. V teoretické části představuje práce jednotlivé teoretické koncepty vhodné pro následné ukotvení fenoménu fanouškovských fikcí, s ohledem na jejich použitelnost i v současné době technologického pokroku. Cílem této práce je pochopit tuto virtuální komunitu založenou na aktivním zájmu o mediální dílo a popsat jejich jednotlivé motivace, postoje a vztahy. K dosažení těchto cílů jsou využity nástroje kvalitativního šetření, respektive metoda chápajícího rozhovoru uskutečněná se sedmi komunikačními partnerkami, které určitým způsobem na fanfiction participují.This diploma thesis deals with the research of writers and readers of fanfiction on the basis of media product Game of Thrones. The theoretical framework is based on the individual theoretical concepts suitable for description of the phenomena of fanfiction considering its usability in contemporaneity of technological progress. The aim of this paper is to understand this virtual community based on the active interest of media product and to describe their individual motivations, attitudes and relationships. To achieve these objects the thesis is going to use a qualitatively oriented research methods using the apprehensive interview with seven communication partners who participate on fanfiction in different ways.
