Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, legislativním ukotvením a činnostmi zaměřenými na zajištění ochrany ohroženého dítěte. Dále je zaměřena na problematiku domácího násilí v rodině s přítomností nezletilých dětí mimo jiné v kontextu a návaznosti na platnou legislativu, činnost státních i nestátních orgánů a organizací. Praktická část práce obsahuje případové studie domácího násilí, diskusi a závěrečné zhodnocení.This bachelor thesis deals with the activities of socio-legal protection of children, legislative anchoring and processes directed at provision of protection to endangered children. On top of that the issue of domestic violence in families with an underage child is adressed in the context and succession to the legislation in force, activities of state and non-state authorities and organizations. The practical part of this work includes case studies on domestic violence, discussion and final conclusion.
