Diplomová práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter a pojednává o kultuře vybraných ženských řeholních řádů v letech 1948 1989. Obsahuje dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je sestavena na základě odborné literatury a jiných zdrojů vztahující se svou podstatou k řešenému tématu. Teoretický rámec diplomové práce se zabývá tématy jako jsou: kultura, identita a historie ženských řeholních řádů v letech 1948 1989. Praktická část práce je zaměřena kvalitativně a zahrnuje v sobě metodologii celé práce a samotný výzkum. Výzkum je realizován formou rozhovorů s jednotlivými řeholními sestrami. Cílem práce je popsat kulturu a fungování ženských řeholních řádů v letech 1948 1989.The thesis has theoretical and research character and it deals with the culture of selected women's monastic orders in the years 1948 1989. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on literature and other sources related to the discussed topic. The theoretical framework of the dissertation deals with topics such as: culture, identity and history of women's monastery orders between 1948 and 1989. The practical part has qualitative focus and it includes the methodology of the whole theses and the research itself. The research is realized in the form of interviews with individual nuns. The aim of the thesis is to describe the culture and operation of women's monastic orders between 1948 1989.
