Předkládána bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života rodin pečující o jedince s Aspergerovým syndromem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Dále se člení celkově do čtyř kapitol. První část bakalářské práce definuje teoretická východiska a na jejich základě uskutečněné výzkumné šetření. Cílem druhé části bylo zjistit, jaká je kvalita života rodičů dítěte s Aspergerovým syndromem. První kapitola teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se problematiky poruch autistického spektra. Zabývá se historií, etiologií a dále klasifikuje Aspergerův syndrom a další pervazivní vývojové poruchy. Další kapitola se zabývá kvalitou života. Vymezuje pojem a jeho historii. V závěru kapitoly se zmiňujeme o dimenzích kvality života a o metodách, jak měřit kvalitu života. Třetí kapitola je věnována rodině dítěte s Aspergerovým syndromem a čtvrtá, poslední kapitola předkládá realizované výzkumné šetření. Výzkum je zpracován metodou kvalitativní, jelikož šlo o popsání pocitů rodičů, byla použita metoda polostandardizovaného rozhovoru.The present thesis deals with the quality of life of families caring for individuals with Asperger syndrome. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. Furthermore, the overall broken into four chapters. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basis and on the basis of the underlying research. The other part was to ascertain the quality of life of parents of a child with Asperger's syndrome. The first chapter of this part defines the basic terms related to autism spectrum disorders. It deals with the history, etiology, and further classifies Asperger's syndrome and other pervasive developmental disorders. The next chapter deals with quality of life. It defines the term and its history. At the end of the chapter we refer to the dimensions of quality of life and methods to measure quality of life. The third chapter is devoted to the family of a child with Asperger's syndrome and the fourth and final chapter presents the research carried out investigations. Research is processed using qualitative, as was to describe the feelings of parents method was used semi-standardized interview.
