Diplomová práce řeší vliv kognitivních úkolů na lokomoční vzor u mladších a starších dospělých. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda přidaný duální úkol ovlivní či neovlivní charakter chůze a zda se tyto změny věkově odlišují. Teoretická část shrnuje zejména dvě oblasti, chůzi a kognici a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Kapitoly se věnují i vlivu stárnutí. Experimentální část popisuje samotné úkoly (poklepávání prstem, odečítání 7, Stroopův test) a průběh celého měření na chodícím páse. Celkově se studie zúčastnilo 39 osob dvou věkových skupin. Použitím výše uvedených kognitivních úkolů současně s chůzi, tzv. dual task, se zkoumala vzájemná interference primárního úkolu chůze se sekundární kognitivní úlohou. Výsledky ukazují, že projevy interference závisí na typu úkolů i věku jedince.This thesis investigates the impact of cognitive tasks on the walking pattern, applied to younger and older adults. The main objective of this research was to determine whether the addition of a dual task has an effects on character of gait and whether the effect changes in relation to age. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes particularly two areas: gait and cognition, and their relationships. Next to it, there is also a focus on the impact of aging. The experimental part describes the used tasks (tapping finger, counting backwards by a number seven, Stroop test) and the entire measurement on a treadmill. Overall, 39 people, in both age category, participated in the study. To examine the mutual interference of the primary task of gait with secondary cognitive task, the above mentioned cognitive tasks were used simultaneously with gait (dual tasks). The results show, that the symptoms of interference depend on the type of task and on the age of an individual.
